- Professional Experience: Ms. Glas brings varied experience in land planning and directing departmental staff efforts and multi-disciplined development teams through comprehensive and current planning activities, community relations, governmental processes and construction efforts to the firm. She has directed planning services and represented a range of private sector clients with commercial, residential, mixed and multiple use projects including Developments of Regional Impact. She has nearly twenty years of local planning experience and varied career experience. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, and serving in a range of capacities from regional manager of an interdisciplinary firm with planners, engineers and landscape architects, to client representative, to developer, to agency reviewer, to policymaker to advocate.
