Dodi Glas Is Now A Partner at Gentile Glas Holloway O'Mahoney & Associates, Inc.

George G. Gentile, Sr. Partner and Partners,  M. Troy Holloway and Emily M. O’Mahoney are pleased to announce Dodi Buckmaster Glas as a new Partner together with a change in the Company’s name to Gentile Glas Holloway O’Mahoney & Associates, Inc.

Having served as the company’s Planning Director, Dodi Buckmaster Glas, AICP, LEED®AP BD&C has been named as a new Partner of the firm. Since completing her master’s work as a Growth Management Fellow at Florida Atlantic University, she has worked in both the public and private sectors in comprehensive planning, current planning, design and development. Her drive and dedication helped to advance the firm’s capacity as one of the area’s leading and most respected landscape architectural and land planning firms in Palm Beach County. “Her extensive knowledge in public planning and project management has elevated our firm’s abilities in sustainable project solutions” said Sr. Partner and company founder George G. Gentile, “a benefit that will be shared by all of our current and future Clients”.

Sugarland Wind Farm Gets Landmark Approval from Palm Beach County Commission

Gentile Glas Holloway O’Mahoney & Associates, Inc., a premiere Landscape Architectural Design, Planning and Environmental Consulting firm established in Palm Beach County,  managed,  processed and obtained approval of a conditional use application for the first Wind Energy Facility in the State of Florida.

“This landmark decision by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners at their meeting of March 22, 2012 sets Palm Beach County as a leader in advocating renewable energy” said Senior Partner and Company President George G. Gentile, “ a direction that will produce clean energy and reduce carbon emissions, while providing a stable alternative source of electric power”.

This first of its kind in the State of Florida, as well as, Palm Beach County will produce 200 megawatts of electric power, enough for approximately 65,000 homes. Wind Energy Developer, Palm Beach County Project, LLC  a subsidiary of Wind Capital Group estimates as many as 350 temporary construction jobs during the development of the facility and 15 to 20 permanent jobs upon completion of construction.
