Gentile Glas Holloway O’Mahoney & Associates, Inc. was responsible for the landscape architectural services for the Riverbend Park nature center, located within Palm Beach County, just west of Indiantown Road and Florida Turnpike. Additionally the firm worked with a team of professionals to assist in determining the location of the nature center facility. This was a delicate task due to the fact that this historic park was once the site of Seminole War battles, and is home to ancient Indian Middens and other artifacts. The park is developing into a jewel among the county’s facilities and hosts pioneer events that maintain a connection to our past.
